TERMS & CONDITIONS


The Client agree that any use of the LemonBreeze Cleaning services, including placing an order for services by telephone, email, website forms shall constitute the Client’s acceptance of these terms and conditions.

1. Please ensure that our cleaners have access to running water and electricity, there is easy access throughout, no stiff locks to negotiate and animals are locked away.

2. All cleaning equipment and cleaning materials should be available on site. All cleaning equipment should be safe and in full working order. Alternatively we can supply them at additional charge.

3. The Client agrees to warn LemonBreeze Cleaning of:
- any appliances that are poorly fixed or not in full working order.
- if there are more specific surfaces in the premises, which need special care and has to be treated by specific cleaning material and manner (e.g. marble, granite, wooden surfaces, etc.).

If you are unhappy with our service please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the problem. Complaints must be reported no later than 24 hours after completion of the service.

Payment

Please make a payment whitin 5 working days after invoice date. We accept the following methods of payment:
• Cheque
• Direct debit
• Cash
• PayPal

If payment is not made after 30 days of invoice then the account will be passed to our collections agency, after which a charge of 15% + VAT on top of the initial invoice due, will be added to the debt. You agree to pay this sum which represents our reasonable costs in collecting the unpaid amounts.

Insurance


LemonBreeze Cleaning has Public Liability and Employer`s Liability insurance. The policy will cover any accidental damage to property being worked upon and loss of keys caused by cleaner working on behalf of the company, reported within 24 hours of service date.

 

Cancellation

We operate a 12 hours cancellation policy or full fee will be charged.
If cleaner turn up for work at your door and you try to cancel or make changes you are liable to pay the cost in full.

By entering into a service agreement with LemonBreeze Cleaning, the Client agrees that after the termination of the cleaning service he/she will not hire or use for at least 6 months any domestic services provided by a present or past cleaner introduced to the Client by LemonBreeze Cleaning. If the customer wishes to hire or use domestic services provided by such a cleaner then he/she must pay a referral fee of £500.

The Client agrees to pay this fee whether he notifies the Company of his actions or LemonBreeze Cleaning discovers this employment independently at any time after it occurs. The legal action will be taken immediately against any person who breaches the condition. The Client further agrees to reimburse LemonBreeze Cleaning for any and all collection or legal fees LemonBreeze Cleaning incurs in collecting this fee.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the relevant United Kingdom law, and by agreeing to be bound by them the Client agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts of the United Kingdom. LemonBreeze Cleaning reserves the right to make any changes to any part of these terms and conditions without giving any prior notice. Should any of the above clauses change all existing customers will be notified.
